DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN HANOI (MORNING FLIGHT ARRIVAL)
Arrival airport in Hanoi. Pick up and transfer to hotel.
Start the tour with beautiful Tran Quoc Pagoda located on the shores of West Lake, and Quan Thanh Temle, then you will continue to visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (outside from Ba Dinh square ), We will take you past Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful waters. Then you take a short cyclo ride through the bustling old quarter where the specific goods once offered, which the streets are named after, are for sale at these places. Night at hotel in Hanoi.
DAY 2: HANOI –TRANG AN – MUA CAVE – MAI CHAU HIDEAWAY RESORT (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel. Our guide will meet you at your hotel and start a 120km comfortable journey through the verdant landscape. Stopover for a rest on the way.
Arrive at Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long mountain for watching the spectacular rice valley with a precious view of nature. Lunch in local restaurant with famous specialty food of Ninh Binh province.
Afternoon, visit Trang An Grottoes, get on a rowing boat traveling along the river with scenic mountain and green fields landscape. Saygood bye to Ninh Binh we depart o Mai Chau, over 2.5 hours on the car through National Road 21 & No 6. Dinner and night in Mai Chau Hideaway lake resort.
DAY 3: MAI CHAU HIDEAWAY- KAYAKING – BOAT TRIP – MUONG VILLAGES (B,L,D)
Breakfast at resort and and admire the exceptional panorama view to Black river ( Da river) from the restaurant. Today you will have time to discover the area , first take 1 hour kayaking around the resort, then we will take 2 hour boat trip to visit Mó Hém village. From here you can have some short cycling to visit the Muong villages. We return to resort for lunch.
Afternoon, you will have a short visit and hiking 1 hours at to discover the authentic bamboo forest of northern part of Vietnam. The rest time of day, free time at leisure at the most beautiful Infinity pool in North of Vietnam. Dinner and night at resort.
DAY 4: MAI CHAU – HANOI (B,L)
Morning, enjoy breakfast at restaurant. Free time at leisure.
Check our room and back to Hanoi. On the way back, visit to Go Lao Waterfall, also called Go Mu waterfall. You will be fascinated by the pristine beauty, rustic of this small waterfall. The scenery of the waterfall is majestic and poetic. Continue with Mai Chau Valley to visit Lac village.
Back to Hanoi. Night in Hanoi.
DAY 5: HANOI – LAN HA BAY – DARK & BRIGHT CAVES – OVERNIGHT AREA (B,L,D)
09.00 Await the collection of the guide and driver in your hotel lobby. Once they have arrived, we will begin our transfer to Hai Phong city.
12:00 Rest at the harbour as the V’Spirit Premier Cruise completes its final preparations. We can board shortly after this and enjoy our welcome drink.
13:00 Sit down in the dining room for a delicious lunch and a scrolling view of the wonderfully unique limestone towers outside the windows.
15:15 On sampan boats, some residents of the bay will show us their home by taking us to the Dark & Bright caves, two gorgeous caverns with a vast and enclosed lake on the other side. Swimming is also available here.
17:00 We return to the V’Spirit Premier Cruise to catch the daily spectacle of a gorgeous sunset, as well as happy hour at the bar.
19:00 Along with a fantastic dinner, we have a very special performance of traditional Vietnamese music in the dining room or on the top deck. Before you retire to your cabin tonight, perhaps you would like to head to the bar, the spa (book in advance) or join the crew for some squid fishing.
DAY 6: LAN HA BAY – TRA BAU – HANOI – DEPARTURE (B,L)
06:00 Begin your new day with the Tai Chi session on the top deck, run by our onboard Tai Chi teacher as the sunrise greets us from behind the mountains.
07:00 Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the Bay.
8:15 Experience some fantastic kayaking to discover the lovely Tra Bau area. Visit a fishing farm and socialize with the resident fishermen in order to know more about their life and how they work every day.
10:00 Return to the ship and enjoy the cooking demonstration put on by our talented chef as they give you an insight into Vietnamese cuisine, then sit down for a lovely lunch buffet, on our approach to the harbour.
11:45 Stepping off the V’Spirit Premier Cruise at the harbour, we board the private car and head back to Hanoi.
Transfer direct to airport for your departure flight.
